1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Star Graphics website and placing orders, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
2. Orders & Payment
• All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. • Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. • Payment must be received in full before production begins. • We accept all major credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and selected wallets.
3. Custom & Personalised Products
Customised products are made to your specifications and cannot be returned unless defective. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all uploaded artwork before confirming your order.
4. Production & Delivery
Standard turnaround is 2–3 business days after artwork approval. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays or supply issues.
5. Returns & Refunds
We accept returns only for products that are defective, damaged in transit, or significantly different from what was ordered. Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website is owned by Star Graphics. You must have the legal right to use any logos or trademarks included in your design files.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
